Returns & Refunds Policy
At School Hair Accessories, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll always do our best to help.
Returns
If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused
-
In their original condition
-
In their original packaging where possible

Free from signs of wear, hair products, perfume, cosmetics or damage
For hygiene reasons, hair accessories that appear to have been worn or used cannot be returned or refunded.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service or keeping proof of postage, as we cannot refund items that are lost or damaged on their way back to us.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We are unable to accept returns for:

Gift cards

Used or worn hair accessories

Items damaged through misuse, wear and tear, or accidental damage

Items returned after the 14-day return period
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow extra time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original postage costs are non-refundable unless your item was faulty, incorrect or not as described.
If an item is returned in a condition that means it cannot be resold, we may be unable to offer a refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty or you have received the wrong item, please contact us before returning anything.

If the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund or store credit. If we need the item returned, we will provide instructions and cover the return postage.
Delivery Issues & Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
We cannot be responsible for parcels delayed, lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
If your parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, missed delivery, refusal of delivery or failure to collect from the delivery office, we will contact you once it arrives back with us. Additional postage may be required to resend the order.
If tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you cannot find it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can advise on the next steps.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or packed. Once an order has started being prepared, we may not be able to cancel it.
