Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy on all hair accessories.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused

• In the same condition you received them

• Returned in secure packaging to protect the product during transit

You do not need to return items in their original packaging.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for different colours or styles. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund (if eligible).

To help us keep prices fair and maintain product quality, returns are intended for unsuitable or faulty items rather than ordering multiple variations to try at home.

How to Return

Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within a few working days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item is faulty

• The wrong item was sent

• The return is due to an error on our part
